COMPANY POLICIES

I kindly ask that you read and acknowledge the following company policies.

- Please arrive to your appointment on time, this not only helps my day to run smoothly but will also mean you get the most out for your treatment. If you are more than 15 mins late we may need to reschedule your appointment, in which case you will be charged for the service.

- I understand that plans change, but please respect my diary and give me as much notice as possible for amendments and cancellations.

- I ask that you do not bring anyone along with you to your appointment as my space restricted.

​

- Please re arrange your appointment if you are experiencing any Covid or cold/flu symptoms.

SERVICE GUARANTEE 

Client satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your treatment, please do let me know during your treatment or within 48 hours after. I will always make corrections to ensure you are satisfied with your treatment results. Please note, I do not offer refunds.
